Submitting the Plan My Trip form is a request for a quote, not a confirmed or binding booking. A booking is only confirmed once we've agreed final pricing, dates and availability directly with you, in writing, and received any payment required at that stage.
Published package prices are real, per-person, all-in estimates benchmarked against current regional rates. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary with season, group size, exact accommodation availability, and any customization you request.
Your initial quote reply may be drafted with AI assistance so you hear back quickly. Every booking is still confirmed by a real member of our team before it's final — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
We coordinate accommodation, guiding and transport with third-party lodges and operators as part of your itinerary. Their own terms and conditions may also apply to your stay with them, in addition to these terms.
Safari travel involves inherent risk — wildlife, remote roads, and variable weather among them. You're responsible for arranging travel insurance appropriate to your trip, and for following the safety guidance given by your guide.
Photography, itineraries and written content on this site belong to Dunes to Delta or are used under license from their photographers. Please don't reproduce them without asking us first.
We plan and coordinate your trip in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but we aren't liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control — including third-party operator failures, weather, wildlife behaviour, or government/border changes. Where something within our control goes wrong, we'll work with you directly to make it right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
